BIOGRAPHY
Chris Kurzner has successfully counseled clients through difficult situations for over twenty years. His practice primarily involves litigation and dispute resolution at the trial and appellate levels in contract and other commercial matters, insurance, transportation, personal injury and property damage, employment discrimination, construction, antitrust, mass tort, product liability, and professional services.
Chris clerked for Judge Peter T. Fay of the U.S. Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He received a J.D., cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 1990 and a B.B.A from Baylor University in 1987.
