Personal Injury Defense Victories
Kurzner PC successfully defended over two-dozen personal injury cases in 2007, attaining favorable settlements for multiple clients.  In one case, a plaintiff sued our client in state court in Texas alleging several hundred-thousand dollars in damages for a MRSA Staph infection he allegedly acquired at the client’s spa in Las Vegas, Nevada.  Kurzner PC successfully removed the case to federal court and litigated to a favorable settlement.

Kurzner PC Relocates to 38th Floor
Kurzner PC has moved from suite 1800 to suite 3800 in the same office building located at 1700 Pacific Avenue.  The move was prompted by the rapid growth of the new firm and the need for additional office and storage space.  Kurzner PC’s offices now feature two conference rooms, two war rooms, and offices for up to eight attorneys.  The increased space and new offices will allow Kurzner PC to continue to build on its reputation as the trusted advisor in the representation of businesses, entrepreneurs, and individuals in Texas and across the country.   Kurzner PC welcomes its clients and prospective clients to visit the firm’s offices and enjoy the view of Dallas from the 38th floor.  With new offices, great rates, and top notch legal advice, Kurzner PC rises above the competition.

Kurzner PC Welcomes New Associate
Kurzner PC welcomes its newest attorney, Kimberly Sellers-Fields, as an associate of the firm.  Ms. Fields graduated from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2007 and began practicing with Kurzner PC in the Fall of 2007.  Ms. Fields represents firm clients in all aspects of the litigation process and is familiar with alternative dispute resolution mechanisms that often lead to better results and reduced costs for clients.  Ms. Fields is developing a practice with a client-centered approach focusing primarily on commercial litigation, personal injury defense, insurance defense, and construction law.  Ms. Fields and her husband, Nolan, reside in Lakewood where she is actively involved in the community with her church and through the Junior League of Dallas.  Kurzner PC is proud to have Ms. Fields as a member of the team.
